Mixed Gym Fitness Suite

The suite includes cardiovascular conditioning equipment consisting of treadmills, steppers, upright bikes, rowers, cross trainers, free weights and isolation exercise machines.  The gym is bright and spacious where you can exercise in a welcomingcomfortable environment.  Work out while watching your favourite music videos on our plasma screens.  A full induction under instruction will be given to all new users to ensure they achieve optimum benefit from their sessions.

 Inductions take 30-45 minutes and are available by booking an appointment at reception

The cost of an induction is £4.15.  ONE Induction session must be completed under instruction before the gym can be used.  Members can then use the fitness suite without supervision
